No, FedEx should provide you one when you show them the QR code in your app. If you’re mailing your title from a FedEx partner location like Walgreens or Dollar General, they may ask you to purchase an envelope, but if they do, please tell them that the envelopes are paid for by Yendo. If they continue to give you a hard time, please purchase an envelop from them and reach out to our support team who can reimburse you via a statement credit. You can also bring your own envelope just in case.
You can view the cardholder agreement at any time within the app. From the main screen, select the 'Account' tab. Once there, you can find the cardholder agreement under the 'About Us' section. You also received this document via email, so you can also find it in your email inbox.
