Getting started

Is Yendo an actual credit card?
Yes, Yendo is a Mastercard credit card.
We issue you a virtual credit card as soon as you become a cardholder, and then we will mail you a physical credit card within a few days.
The virtual credit card is just a digital version of your Yendo card that you can use right away. You can see your card number, expiration date, and security code (CVV) in the Yendo mobile app. This means you don’t have to wait for the physical card to arrive—you can start using your virtual card for online purchases or add it to your mobile wallet (like Apple Pay or Google Pay) to pay in stores.
The physical credit card is the plastic card that will be mailed to you. You can use it in stores by swiping or tapping, just like any other card. The physical card usually arrives within 7-10 business days after you’re approved.
Both cards work the same way for purchases and building your credit—it's just that the virtual card lets you get started immediately, while the physical card is what you’ll carry in your wallet.
How do I add the virtual card to a wallet?
1. Open your phone's wallet app (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay).
2. Find the option to add a new card. This is usually indicated by a "+" symbol or an "Add Card" button.
3. Enter your card details manually
4. Follow any prompts for verification, which may include receiving a text message or email.Once you've completed these steps, your virtual card should be added and ready to use.
Do I need an envelope to ship my title?
No, FedEx should provide you one when you show them the QR code in your app. If you’re mailing your title from a FedEx partner location like Walgreens or Dollar General, they may ask you to purchase an envelope, but if they do, please tell them that the envelopes are paid for by Yendo. If they continue to give you a hard time, please purchase an envelop from them and reach out to our support team who can reimburse you via a statement credit. You can also bring your own envelope just in case.
Do you offer any reward programs?
At this time, we do not offer any rewards programs with the Yendo Credit Card.
Can I add a 2nd vehicle to my account?
Currently, we only allow one vehicle per account, so you won't be able to add a second vehicle.
Once I receive my card how do I activate it?
When you get your physical card in the mail, log into your Yendo app and follow the card activation directions from the home screen. It’s quick and easy.
